Like many of you, I was confused by the many versions of Battlefield 2042 that are out there to purchase, so I thought I would put this post together to break it down.
Battlefield Standard Edition
If you preorder the Standard Edition of Battlefield 2042 you get the following:- Early Access to the Open Beta
- the Baku ACB-90 Epic Melee Takedown Knife
- Mr. Chompy Epic Weapon Charm
- Landfall player card background and Old Guard tag.
Battlefield 2042 Gold Edition
- Play the game early on October 15th 2021
- Year 1 Pass: 4 new Specialists, 4 Battle passes, and 3 Epic skin bundles
- Cross-gen bundle
Battlefield 2042 Ultimate Edition
The Battlefield 2042 Ultimate Edition includes everything from the Standard Edition plus the Gold Edition (including playing the game early on October 15th 2021) and the following:- Midnight ultimate bundle
